Breakout is in its waitlist stage. This page covers what the waitlist collects. We'll update it before profiles and ratings open, and the date above will change when we do.

What we collect

• What you type into a sign-up form: your name, email, optional city, and the answers on that form (for actors: reel link, experience and notes; for judges: role, where we can see your work, and how many reels you could rate).
• Your two checkboxes: that you're 18 or older, and whether you want email updates.
• Your country, as reported by our hosting provider, to understand where interest comes from. We do not store your IP address.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information, ever.
• We don't run advertising, analytics trackers, or session recording on this site today. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
• We don't load fonts or scripts from third parties.
• We don't show your email or contact details publicly.

How we use it

To invite you when Breakout opens, to verify industry judges, and, only if you ticked the box, to send occasional updates. Every email includes a one-click way to unsubscribe.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, which also hosts this site.

Adults only

Breakout is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has signed up, tell us and we'll delete it.

Deleting your information

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your sign-up.
